This is Kei and Kazuki, founders of Glasp 👋

We pick up and send 3 good articles that we found this week. Hopefully, it will bring new perspectives and help you develop your career and learning journey.

This Week's Reading List 📚

Efficiency is the Enemy (8min)
You’re efficient when you do something with minimum waste. And you’re effective when you’re doing the right something. Slack allows us to think ahead. We are more productive when we don’t try to be productive all the time.

How to Remember What You Read (16min)
First of all, you don't need to remember everything. You don't need to even finish reading the book if you don't resonate with it. If you resonate, leave notes. Making notes is a good foundation for reflecting. By using a system that you can search them later, you can easily reflect on what was important for you. Feynman Technique is a good way to deepen your understanding and remember things you learned.

Product Market Fit Guideline (11min)
Product/market fit means being in a good market with a product that can satisfy that market. In a great market—a market with lots of real potential customers—the market pulls the product out of the startup. Conversely, in a terrible market, you can have the best product in the world and an absolutely killer team, and it doesn’t matter—you’re going to fail.

See you next week ;)
Happy New Year 📚✨

Best,
Kei and Kazuki
