Get Glasp Pro Free for a Year — A Partnership for YouTube Creators
If you're a YouTube creator and you find Glasp useful for your audience, we'd love to say thank you with a free 12-month Glasp Pro plan ($120 value).
It's simple: add a link to Glasp in one of your video descriptions, and we'll cover your Pro plan for the next year.
This post lays out the offer in full — what you get, what we ask in return, and how to claim it.
Why we're doing this
Glasp's YouTube Summary tool is now used by 2M+ people to summarize, transcribe, and highlight YouTube videos. A meaningful share of those users heard about us from creators they already trust — not from ads, not from us.
We want to keep it that way. If your video helps even a handful of viewers discover Glasp, that's worth a lot more to us than a paid ad slot. So we'd rather give the value back to you directly.
The offer
- 12 months of Glasp Pro, free — $120 value
- Includes every Pro feature (full list below)
- One Pro plan per channel
Who's eligible
To keep this manageable on our end, we ask that your channel meets two simple criteria:
- At least 3,000 subscribers
- At least one video uploaded within the last 90 days (so we know the channel is active)
If your channel sits just below either threshold and you'd still like to partner with us, feel free to reach out — we look at edge cases on a case-by-case basis, especially for channels in research, learning, AI, or productivity niches.
What we ask in return
Add one of the following links to the description of a video on your channel:
- YouTube Summary page: https://glasp.co/youtube-summary
- Glasp tutorial video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mU62hM5GP4
A few small conditions:
- The link should sit in the video description (not just a pinned comment).
- Keep the link in the description for at least 12 months — the same length as your free Pro plan.
- If the topic of the video relates to research, learning, productivity, AI, or YouTube workflows, even better — but it's not required.
- We're happy to suggest description copy if helpful, but the wording is yours.
That's it. No revenue share, no exclusivity, no contracts.

How creators are actually using Pro
Three workflows we see often:
- Repurpose your own content. Pull a clean transcript of a video you just published, then turn it into a newsletter, X thread, or blog post in minutes. The Notion auto-sync makes this a one-click pipeline.
- Script research at scale. Track 5 reference channels in your space — every new upload gets summarized overnight and lands in your Notion. Useful input for writing rooms or weekly editorial planning.
- Audio-to-asset. Record a voice memo or podcast, drop it into Glasp, get the transcript, sync to Notion, repurpose.
How to claim
Email [hi@glasp.co] with:
- Your YouTube channel URL
- The link to the video where you added (or plan to add) the Glasp link
- The email address you'd like the Pro plan attached to
We'll verify and activate your Pro plan within 1–2 business days. If anything looks unclear, we'll just reply and ask — no application form, no review committee.
A few honest answers
Do I need to make a video about Glasp?
No. A description link is enough. If you do want to make a video, we'd love that too — reach out and we can talk about a deeper collaboration (sponsored video, custom landing page, etc.).
Does the link have to be the first thing in the description?
No. Anywhere in the description is fine, as long as it's clickable.
What if I have multiple channels?
One Pro plan per channel. If you run multiple channels and want to feature Glasp on each, email us and we'll figure something out.
What happens after 12 months?
Nothing automatic. If you want to keep Pro, you can subscribe at the regular price. If you want to renew the partnership, just reach back out — we're happy to talk.
What if I remove the link before 12 months are up?
We'd appreciate a heads-up. We won't claw anything back, but we may not be able to extend or renew the partnership next time around.
