UI/UX Designer (Part-time)

Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user experience.
- Interaction Design: Design interactive elements and ensure intuitive and seamless user interactions across our platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve our product.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
- Research Skills: Strong skills in user research and usability testing.
- Creativity: Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex design problems and deliver effective user-centered solutions.
- Collaboration: Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Education: Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with responsive and mobile design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
