Process and system matter more than goals. Anyone can set any goals but the difference between ones who achieve them and ones who don't come from their daily habits. 1% of improvement brings you 37 times impact after a year. It's all about the compound interest/effect.

How To Avoid Feature Bloat(5min)
Always ask ‘what’ and ‘why’ when looking to solve problems. Adding more features does not actually guarantee happy users. Do more with less. Instead of building new features based on requests, you should ask for "feedback" and consider new features based on it.

How to Find Your Hidden Creative Genius(5min)
The researchers found that most groundbreaking works peaked during the late thirties — at least a full decade into any individual career. Picasso said, “It took me thirty years to draw that masterpiece in thirty seconds.” Share your work publicly. It will hold you accountable for creating your best work. It will provide feedback for doing better work.
