Casey’s Guide to Finding Product/Market Fit(10min)
Casey Winters, Chief Product Officer at Eventbrite, explains what is product/market fit (PMF) and how to get to it. In short, PMF = (flattened retention curve) + (MoM growth in new users). There are two types of paths to get to PMF: (1) Eric Ries Model (market first, then find product ideas) vs. (2) Keith Rabois Model (product idea first, then find market). Choose wisely based on your company type.
